The Overseas Chinese Times, provides Saskatchewan's only Chinese newspaper with over 20,000 subscribers. It has been established since 1994 serving the Chinese communities.

From its publishing plant in Regina, the newspaper is locally distributed across Regina and Saskatoon and other rural areas.

As part of its comprehensive coverage of Saskatchewan, The Overseas Chinese Times places a particular emphasis on Asian community events in the City of Regina, Saskatoon and other rural areas. Also reporting current events internationally specifically in Asia.

As a partner in the Asian communities such as the world Chinese Freemasons, Philippine Association and other local Saskatchewan Asian and Chinese organizations. Overseas Chinese Times helps establish communication with local communities and religious organizations through advertisement, sponsorship for local events, and enrich the diversity to help build the strong foundations of this country.

復刊詞

沙省華報自創辦至今，戰戰兢兢地默默耕耘，兩三年斷斷續續地與讀者見面，其間因人手短缺，無可奈何而停刊。幸蒙本省各界僑社，熱衷於僑務文化通訊事業之僑領殷賈，再多方面協作及鼓勵之下，沙省華報終於能夠在一九九四年十一月一日復刊，以嶄新的姿態再與本省僑胞讀者見面。

沙省華報堅決一貫的立場，輿論中肯，關懷僑社，並以服務本省僑胞為目的，冀能促進各族裔多元文化的和諧，導引新移民投入加國主流社會，為本省僑務，社區繁榮安定而奉獻出一份棉力。

沙省華報一直與其他社區保持緊密聯繫，包括：洪門，菲律賓聯誼會和其他沙省中文社團。爲了建造一個團結互助，共謀發展的良好社會。
